DB&NK Developments Inc is working in close collaboration with top industry experts with years of collective experience in Real Estate Development & heritage preservation. We ensure architectural integrity of some projects, holding all those involved to the highest quality standards. However, we feel that most homes were built around 1920’s, 1930’s, 1940’s and 1950’s. Since then, things have changed and people are looking for more contemporary homes and we have them drawn out by our Architects, Designers and Structural Engineers. They present a great look and we are glad, we are able to help different built up communities with their needs of the modern day. We are planning multiple Single Family Home sites in built up communities in different municipalities in the Bay Area in general. We presently have our Project Sites in Palo Alto , Lafayette and Oakland Hills. They are mainly building of new homes and in one case, its rebuilding of a Single Family Home, keeping the same footprint and changing everything on the inside. We have a more aggressive plan for 2023. Fingers crossed.
